We haven't had a chance to put this bag to the test yet because it is a gift, but I am very happy with the design. Looking forward to loading this bag up for trips to the pool, beach, road trips, camping, and backyard. I missed this detail when I ordered it, but it has a small hole in the bottom to allow water and/or sand to shake out.
