The soft bag is 120 cm in diameter and made from high-quality soft jersey cotton (100%) to give the baby maximum enjoyment and comfort.
* Outdoor collection, the Play&Go outdoor is the unique splash proof solution to take all your needs with you for a day out. The outdoor toy storage bag has a diameter of 140 cm and is made of 90% polyester - 10% TPU.
* Mini collection, the Play&Go Mini is an amazing portable bag to storage your favorite toys, snacks, textile pens, beachwear and much more! Made of 70% poly cotton and 30% polyester with a diameter of 40 cm.
What if a play and go toy storage bag is not in stock?
On each product page you can see if the playmat is available. Most of our products we have in stock and we can be delivered immediately. If our stock is temporarily exhausted, then we can let you know when the toybag is again available by e-mail. hello@playandgo.com

For how long is my order reserved?
All orders will be reserved for 8 days. If we didn't receive the payment after 8 days, automatically you reserved toy storage bag goes back in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Where can I receive my toy storage bag?
You can receive your toybag at any address (home, work, etc., mailbox is not possible).
How long does it take before I receive my toy storage bag?
Orders made before 14.00 PM will be shipped the same day.
During busy periods, such as sales or the end of the year period, your shipment may be delayed. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Possible for delivery in the weekend?
We will send generally with the courier service FedEx and this only on weekdays.

Once your toybag has been shipped with FedEx you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking.
I have given the wrong address.
Please check your address when completing the data on the checkout page! If you see in our confirmation email a wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately by email hello@playandgo.com
Caution! Once you had already received an email with the confirmation of shipping it is too late to correct the address and we will have to wait until your order has been returned. We will contact you if the package is returned and make a new appointment to send it again.

How can I return my toy storage bag?
If you are not satisfied with your toybag, you have the right to exchange or return your toybag. This also applies for damaged toy storage bags.

The playmat must be returned in undamaged and unused condition, along with the completed return form, in the original packaging also within a period of fourteen days.

How do I maintain my Play&Go toy storage bag?

We advise to soak the Play&Go playmat in water with some vinegar before washing.
We also advise to wash the Play&Go toy storage bag the first time separately.
Moreover, your Play & Go toybag is better preserved its colour if you use a detergent without bleach.
Adjust the temperature of the washing machine not higher than 30 ° C. The fabric is susceptible to discoloration by the sun.
Dry your Play&Go toy storage bag in a shady spot. Do not use washing soften.
